Charges land month by month, covering the period ahead, which makes stopping both quick and cheap. Below: exactly when money goes back, exactly when it does not, and why writing here beats telephoning a bank.
Charges land month by month, and each covers the period ahead of it. Stop a line whenever it suits and it stands until that covered period runs out. Part months are never divided. Where a charge covered something nobody ordered, or where a tally was plainly wrong, it gets put right without argument.
Your card meets the first charge as a subscription opens, then meets each successor on the same date in later months. Lines price per unit and per month, always covering the period ahead, which is why a total stays something you can check rather than something you must trust.
Nothing is charged for setup, no term is imposed, and no package stands between you and whichever single line you came for.
Two routes exist. Open the card and billing area inside your portal and stop the line there, or file a note asking the desk to stop it for you. Both take hold as the period already covered expires.
Nothing beyond that gets charged. Agents stop reporting, collection stops, and retained material is handled the way the privacy record describes.
Charged for a line nobody ordered: refunded whole.
A tally billed wrong: the difference comes back for every month it was wrong, not merely for the newest one.
A line sold against a scope it could never have satisfied, where the scoping error was ours: refunded, said plainly, and not negotiated.
A duplicate charge: back as soon as we can see it.
Half a month never gets carved up. Stop a line on the eighteenth and the period already covered stands rather than returning in pieces.
A period during which the service ran as described is not refunded merely because the subscription is no longer wanted. Stopping costs nothing and takes a moment, and that is the remedy for it.
Nothing gets refunded on the ground that no incident occurred. A quiet month is precisely the outcome being paid for.
Where the first month with us was genuinely poor through something we did, write and say so within thirty days of the opening charge. We look at what happened, and where the fault is ours the month gets refunded rather than defended.
That is a commitment about our own conduct and it is not a trial period. It does not cover deciding on fewer lines, changing your mind over scope, or a month in which software did precisely what it was sold to do.
A chargeback raised over a charge we would gladly have refunded costs everybody time, and it usually freezes the account it was raised against, which suspends the very lines you were counting on.
Write here first. Answers come quickly, the plain cases are not argued, and refunding a month beats having a detection line switched off through a dispute.
Write to support@meditrustcyber.com and put the account address in the message. A note filed inside your portal reaches the same desk and arrives already fastened to your record, which is quicker.
